Enhancement and modernization of their existing infrastructure for the management and monitoring of special-purpose communication facilities. This necessitated the implementation of a new SCADA system that would provide capabilities for remote control, increased efficiency, and reliability. The primary goal was to improve operational efficiency and ensure a faster response in the event of incidents.
